This position will be a home based (remote) position.  No Relocation offered.

Position Summary:

ESAB Welding & Cutting is a worldwide leader in welding and cutting equipment and materials and is looking for a highly motivated candidate to lead the Welding Automation integrator partnership program. This position is to develop an integrator base that will promote and utilize ESAB's Flexible and Hard Welding Automation products. This role has been identified as critical in the growth of Welding Automation and will be the cornerstone in developing a Flexible Welding Automation business in North America. The Integrator Channel Manager will work directly for the NA Welding Automation Director.

Performance Objectives and Responsibilities:

  • Develop Long term strategy to grow the Flexible Welding Automation Business.
  • Work with Global & Regional Product Management to introduce new Welding Automation products or technologies to ESAB integrator.
  • Coordinate Product, Technology, Service and Process training for integrators  
  • Prepare and manage technical quotes for the integrator partners
  • Manage ESAB's NA Integrator Partnership Program.
  • Manage, qualify and distribute ESAB generated opportunities/leads to integrator partners.
  • Coordinator for internal ESAB resources to support integrators issues or questions.
  • Manage ESAB's Flexible Welding Automation Application Engineer based in ESAB's Demo/Application Center.
  • Responsible for integrator channel yearly sale targets.


  • The candidate must be English speaking.
    • Spanish or French speaking is a plus
  • The candidate must have Engineering Degree from a 4 year college or university,
    • Welding Engineering degree a plus
    • MBA a plus
  • The candidate must have seven (7) Years minimum in Flexible Automation Sales or three (3) Years minimum Business Development in Flexible Welding Automation Sales
  • The candidate must be able to travel to US, Canada and Mexico
  • The candidate must be able to travel 2-3 days a week (approximately 50% travel)
